One of Tori’s incredibly talented brothers, Chad Frye, had gone outside his typical animation work, to help us design an “Adoption” t-shirt based off of Ephesians 1. We 
were selling these through June 24, 2018 through a website where you could have it shipped directly to your home. At the conclusion of the sale, we had raised $696 solely from the t-shirt sales and an additional $1,100 from donations made directly to our adoption during the 30-day sale of the shirts! We prayed for at least $1,000 to be raised, and the Lord answered above and beyond with a total of $1,796! Wow! We are just overwhelmed by God’s goodness to us shown through all of YOU. Thank you! so very much!
We are working on totaling up everything that has been raised so far and will keep an update on our Want to Help? Page, so stay tuned for updates on fundraising there!
Our Home Study report is almost complete. It is going through the review process and will hopefully be finalized and notarized within the next week or so. Once that is finished, we can then apply for grants to help in our process. We still haven’t heard back from a grant we applied for in early March 2018, so we realize that many apply for these grants and few are chosen. Please be in prayer with us that we will be awarded a grant or two to help bring our daughter home!
Meanwhile, along with applying for grants, we can also now work to finish our paperwork to apply with India’s online adoption portal, complete more paperwork for the USA side of things and then make 6 copies of a GIGANTIC amount of paperwork for our dossier requirements. After almost 7 months, we feel we are about 1/3 of the way through this process. Your words of encouragement, prayers and financial help mean so very much to us in this world of bureaucratic red tape. We read THIS ARTICLE recently that reminded us of why we are doing this. All life is precious!
